Senior HR Specialist (Payroll & Benefits)

As a Senior HR Specialist you will be reporting to the HR Head and act as a trusted advisor to the business and its employees. You will be partnering with HR and Finance to ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll & benefits operations.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of HR documentation, employment contracts, civil law contracts and annexes as well as other documents regarding the employment relationship and civil law contracts
  • Preparation of notices and issuing of employment certificates.
  • Calculation of salaries, bonuses, preparation of payrolls and payment of social security contributions and income tax, as well as execution of transfers.
  • Settlement of domestic and foreign employee delegations.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly declarations and settlements to ZUS, PFRON, GUS and US.
  • Supervision over the timeliness of health and safety training as well as periodic and control employee examinations.
  • Administration of the HR system, entering data into the HR and payroll system.
  • Settlement of employee benefits and contact with benefit service providers
  • Representing the company in contact with the PIP inspector.
  • Archiving of employee documents.
  • Preparation of reports related to employment and payroll matters.
  • Keeping records of holidays, absenteeism; calculation of maternity, educational and care benefits.
  • Settlement and record of working time.
  • Providing answers to employees' inquiries in the field of labor law and social security.


Our Requirements:


  • University degree
  • Previous experience on similar position at least 3 years (200+ employees) 
  • Fluent in English language (both spoken and written)
  • IT Literacy: MS Office/Google Suite, ERP Optima
  • Being detail-oriented and independent
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-task is essential
  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
