E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

We have Fresh Energy and a positive attitude. We act and dynamically lead matters forward. We know that “done is better than perfect” and that is the reason why we are looking for passionate who will lead our e-commerce team as an E-commerce Manager.

Work closely with website development team to implement new features and technologies to our website to improve website speed
Managing team of professionals in the terms of progress, performance, creating development paths
Preparing reports and analyzing different channels results
Create and maintain overarching project plans that include timelines from multiple working groups, budgeting, milestones, schedules, key dates, progress against targets, and risks.
Researching market in order to discover new trends and technologies
Developing and creating PPC, SEO strategy and marketing plans using various channels
Working closely with the marketing team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Daily supervision of all activities and product development to insure implementation of best market practices

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising or any other business related field.
Fluent English – C1 (required)
At least 2 years of experience in similar role (required)
Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO and Social Media
Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other neccessary tools
Must be able to work independently in fast-pace working environment
Strong analytical thinking
Can-do attitude and high interpersonal skills
